Why I started Ivory Pines
My mom has run her own cleaning business for over a decade, and I spent years by her side. That's where I learned what real care and attention to detail look like. So when it came time to hire help for my own home, I had high standards -- and quickly realized how hard it was to find cleaners who truly delivered. Most services were inconsistent, and nearly all used harsh chemicals I didn't want in my home.
After moving to Raleigh, I saw the same gaps here. That's why I started Ivory Pines: a small, full-time team held to my mom's standards, using products we trust in our own homes. We take pride in treating every home with the care and attention we'd want for our own.

Nope. No contracts and no cleaning minimums.
Are your cleaners insured?+
Yes. Every cleaner is insured, experienced, background-checked, and on our full-time staff.
Will I get the same cleaners every time?+
Yes. We assign the same trusted cleaner or team to your home unless you ask otherwise.
What products do you use?+
Natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly products, including Branch Basics. They're free from sulfates, phosphates, phthalates, parabens, VOCs, dyes, and synthetic fragrance. Have a favorite? Just let us know.
Do I need to be home?+
Not at all. Plenty of our neighbors aren't. Share entry instructions and we'll take care of everything.
What areas do you serve?+
Raleigh and the surrounding area, including Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Durham, and more.
What if I need to reschedule?+
No problem. We just ask for at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
What should I do before my cleaner arrives?+
For the most efficient and effective clean, we ask that you please pick up any personal belongings before we arrive.
What services do you not do?+
We do not offer carpet shampooing, biohazard cleaning, moving furniture over 25lbs, cleaning electronics (television screens, computers, tablets), cleaning musical instruments, cleaning animal or human waste.
